Van Heusen is known for formal and casual clothes. The Van Heusen innerwear and athleisure store goes beyond what the brand is known for and helps the customers to make informed choices.

Some brand identities are so powerful, it just makes sense for the retail design to piggyback on that identity. In this case, it was Van Heusen’s distinctive logo.

The Details

We divided the space into two areas, innerwear and athleisure. The façade is an interpretation of the ‘V’ of Van Heusen. We used the oblique line derived from the logo in different forms, patterns and materials across the space. The products are displayed outside their packaging, defying the category norms. We also pushed the bar on retail design by sharing product information in a compelling way and helping customers to make informed buying decisions.
